Definitions and Interpretation
The following words and terms are used in these Terms and Conditions with the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" — The okyk website (okyk.lat) and all associated services.
- "User" / "You" — Any person who has created an account on the okyk platform or is using its services.
- "Account" — Your personal account registered on the platform.
- "Bonus" — Any additional credits or benefits provided by okyk.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited into your account (Bangladeshi Taka / ৳).
- "Terms" — All the rules and conditions described on this page.
Singular words used in these Terms may be read in the plural as context requires, and masculine pronouns may also be read as feminine.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years old to use the okyk platform. This platform is only for people aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
To create an account on okyk, the following conditions must be met:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are opening the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
- You have not previously been banned from okyk.
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are registering having fully understood and accepted these Terms.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
It is mandatory to provide accurate personal information when creating an account on okyk. okyk reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds if false or incorrect information is provided.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
For security purposes, okyk may request identity verification from you at any time. You may be required to submit documents such as a copy of your National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
3.3 Password and Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
- Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported immediately to [email protected].
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Use a strong password for account security and change it regularly.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Policy
Funds can currently be deposited on the okyk platform via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposit amounts are added to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
- If there is an active bonus, its wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds.
- There must be no active suspicious activity on the account.
4.3 Fund Verification
okyk ensures that funds deposited into a user's account come from a legitimate source. In cases of suspicious transactions, okyk may request additional documentation and reserves the right to put the relevant transaction on hold.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
okyk offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,000 to play with. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving you a total of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and terms — please read them carefully before claiming a bonus.
- Bonuses apply to one account only; claiming multiple bonuses from the same device or payment method is prohibited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- okyk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on the okyk platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi — use internationally standard software.
6.2 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. okyk does not interfere with game outcomes, and each result is independent and not influenced by previous results.
6.3 Technical Issues
If any bet or game remains incomplete due to a technical issue or game error, okyk will investigate the situation and provide a reasonable resolution. In such circumstances, okyk's decision is final.
6.4 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. okyk reserves the right to change these limits with prior notice to users.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okyk platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or gaining an advantage through fraud.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or alter the platform's systems or software.
- Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to spread malicious code or viruses into the platform's infrastructure.
For any of the above activities, okyk reserves the right to close the account immediately and take legal action if necessary.
VIP Program
8.1 VIP Tiers
The okyk VIP program has four tiers. Users can gradually advance to higher tiers based on their activity on the platform:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
8.2 VIP Benefits Terms
VIP benefits are provided in accordance with the rules set by okyk. Cashback is added to your account automatically on a weekly basis. okyk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program. VIP status may be revoked in cases of serious breach of terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection
okyk collects users' personal information solely for the purposes of operating the service, identity verification, and security. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
9.2 SSL Encryption
All data transmitted on the okyk platform is protected by SSL encryption. Your financial transactions and personal information are kept with the highest level of security.

Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure by okyk
okyk may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to hack or misuse technical systems.
11.2 Closure by the User

11.3 Funds in Closed Accounts
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and bonus-related winnings will be forfeited. However, if the account closure is not the fault of the user, any genuinely deposited funds will be returned.
Dispute Resolution
12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Investigation Process
okyk will investigate all received complaints impartially. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, okyk's decision will be communicated to the user.
12.3 Final Decision
In any dispute regarding game results, technical errors, or account-related matters, okyk's decision shall be considered final and binding.
Changes to Terms
okyk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.
